本サイトおよび当サークル「かめべや」（代表：かめ）が公開・販売する作品に関する取り扱いについて定めています。
当サークルは、作品やキャラクターに関する創作活動や紹介活動を一律に制限する意図はありません。
創作活動や紹介活動について、個別に許諾を求める必要はありませんので、常識の範囲内でお楽しみください。
ただし、作品保護の観点から、一定の行為については制限を設けております。

This page outlines the policy regarding works published or distributed by the circle “Kamebeya” (Representative: Kame).
We do not intend to broadly restrict creative or promotional activities related to our works or characters.
You do not need to request individual permission for creative or promotional activities.
Please enjoy within reasonable common sense.
However, certain actions are restricted for the protection of our works.

■ 著作権について/Copyright

本サイト内の文章、サイト構成、イラスト、漫画作品、ならびに当サークルが制作、販売するすべての作品に関する著作権および関連する権利は、当サークルに帰属します。

The copyright and related rights for the text, site structure, illustrations, manga works on this site, and all works produced and sold by our circle belong to our circle.

■ 禁止事項/Prohibited Actions

当サークルの事前の許可なく、以下の行為を禁止いたします。

• 無断転載、無断掲載
• 作品データの複製、再配布、再販売
• 公衆送信（アップロード、共有、配信等を含む）
• 本コンテンツをそのまま、または改変して再公開する行為
• 本コンテンツを素材として直接利用する行為
• 本コンテンツをAI学習、機械学習、データセット作成、画像生成等に利用する行為
• スクレイピングやデータ収集等の自動取得行為
• 当サークルが不適切または問題があると判断する行為

Without prior permission from our circle, the following actions are prohibited:

• Unauthorized reproduction or reposting
• Copying, redistribution, or resale of work data
• Public transmission (including uploading, sharing, or streaming)
• Republishing the content as-is or with modifications
• Direct use of our content as source material
• Use of our content for AI training, machine learning, dataset creation, or image generation
• Scraping or automated data collection
• Any action deemed inappropriate or problematic by our circle

■ 創作活動・紹介活動について/Fan Creations & Promotional Activities

以下の活動については、特段の制限を設けておりません。

• 当サークル作品ページへのリンク掲載
• 作品情報の紹介、レビュー、感想の発信
• 当キャラクターを参考にした、AIを介さない創作活動（ファンアート等）の制作および公開

ただし、以下を条件とします。

• 公式画像や作品データそのものを使用しないこと
• 当サークル公式であると誤認させないこと
• 法令および公序良俗に反しないこと
• 当サークルから削除または修正の要請があった場合は速やかに対応すること

The following activities are generally permitted:

• Linking to our official pages
• Sharing information, reviews, or impressions of our works
• Creating and publishing fan works (such as fan art) inspired by our characters, provided that AI is not used

Under the following conditions:

• Do not use official images or original work data
• Do not imply official affiliation
• Comply with applicable laws and public standards
• Promptly respond to requests for removal or modification if contacted

当サークルは、小規模な創作活動を続けている個人サークルです。
少しでも長く活動が続けられるよう、著作権保護に関するご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting copyright so that we may continue our activities for as long as possible.
